Would you have any information on FMEA for the TMP302?

What would be the result of GND floating?

    Hi Keith,

    The DFMEA of TMP302-Q1 is available through a PPAP request. However, this document is not the same as a functional safety FMEA (if that is what you are referring to) as it does not include FITs or failure mode distributions.
