I have some question about how to use the DSS_L3.

Background:

In the SDK(mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_04_01_02\ti\demo\awr294x\power_measurement\dss\dss_main.c), 2MB memory of the DSS_L3 is used for the object detection DPC.

Q1. Does this implementation is the optimal solution?

Q2. Can I re-layout the DSS_L3 and put code for the DSP into there？

Q3. And does a portion of the DSS_L3 for the AWR2944 can be allotted as TCM, o further increase the MSS_TCMA_RAM and MSS_TCMB available for the Cortex R5F?

Hello Sonia,

1) This is reference code; you can try to optimize it further according to your needs.

2) Yes it is possible, you have to modify the linker script according to how you want the memory distribution.

3) No this feature is not available.

Hello Sonia,

There is no reference code, you will have to modify the linker script by yourself for the application and reallocate the memory.
