AWR2944EVM: When awr2944_mmw_nonos_demo_TDM is run, the mmwave Demo visualizer fails to send chirp_cfg command and "skipped" is displayed on the console messages.

Run radar_toolbox_1_30_00_05 awr2944_mmw_nonos_demo_TDM

The CCS version is 12.5.0 and the mmwave_mcuplus_sdk version is 04_04_01_02

The mmWave Demo Visualizer is version 4.4. The two UART ports are connected properly
