Hi team,

May I know where hall sensor location and die size?  also need bottom distance.

    Thanks for posting to the Sensors forum,

    The DRV5013 sensing element is similar to the DRV5023. The Hall element is located in the center of the package in the xy plane with a tolerance of ±100 um. The Hall element is 0.7 mm from the bottom of the package with a tolerance of ±50 um.

    As for die size, I cannot share that information.

    My customer has another question. Why did TI design two similar products? Like DRV5013 FA and AD.

    As far as I know, FA and AD have smaller magnetic field detection ranges. Why does WEBENCH show that the detectable distance is longer?

    Or am I understanding it wrong? Thanks

    The difference between the FA and AD variants is their Bop/Brp. The FA has a Bop/Brp (typical) of ±1.3 mT and AD has a Bop/Brp (typical) of ±2.7 mT. See additional specifications from the device datasheet, as shown below.
