TMP1827EVM: ask for a API or COM library

for a fast test setup we would like to use the EVM board with connected sensor in a laboratory test setup.

Is there a description of the COM protocoll available which is used by the EVM software? I would like to read the temperature values from EVM board by serial interface with an own software application and would like to prevent the effort to assemble a µC board if it is on the table with this EVM. All I found were the code samples for a host application.

    Hi Frank,

    We don't have published APIs to communicate with the EVM controller board. The TMP1827EVM uses an MSP430 which you can communicate to through USB communication protocol. My only recommendation would be to flash the MCU and you could implement your code.
