Hi, 

my customer is looking for a p2p alternative to Microchip AT30TSE004A-MA5M (Integrated Temp Sensor with Serial EEPROM).
The CrossRef tool does not know this Microchip device. 

=> Do we have something in our portfolio?

    Hi Josef,

    No, we do not have a cross for the DIMM SPD device. We offer TMP139 for the current DDR5 DIMM spec, but this spec doesn't require EEPROM in the temp sensor (TS) like the old spec. 

    You are correct that TMP1826 offers EEPROM, but it has 1-wire interface that is not compatible with the 2-wire interface used in DIMMs.
