IVC102: Power Supply Design

Hello, I'm designing a circuit that uses the the IVC102 with an unbiased photodiode. Similar to the circuit shown in the datasheet below:

The datasheet mentions the minimum negative supply voltage (V-) needs to be -10V. However, from my understanding, with an unbiased PD with the cathode on the negative input of the amplifier, I would not need a negative supply voltage as the amplifier will always output a positive voltage. My question is, can I use a +5V/0V source for the power supply?
