TUSS4470: BOOSTXL-TUSS4470 - Unable to Activate Device Status Bits O4 Pin and O3Pin

Hi , 

We are running the EVB  and are Unable to get O4,O3 Status bits indications changing   .

What are we missing ? 

See  attached screenshot showing the Data Monitor and Registres Configuration .

    Hi Dror,

    Thank you for posting to the Sensors forum!

    Looking at your current configuration, it looks like you have ZC_CP_EN set to disabled. This bit will need to be enabled in order for a zero-crossing signal to output on the OUT3 pin.

    If enabling ZC_CP_EN doesn't help, would it be possible to get a waveform capture of OUT3 and OUT4 during this operation, just to see if a signal is being output on these pins.
