IWRL6432AOPEVM: How can I get Dense Point Cloud information?

Part Number: IWRL6432AOPEVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IWR1843

I want to make the board detect human cloud points

Can I get dense cloud points from this sensor?

I want the cloud points dense as the image below :

On the paper I want to implement says :

We used the TI IWR1843 mmWave radar, a commercial off-the-shelf radar that has received great popularity among researchers due to its 3D imaging capability and processing power. The radar operates between 77 GHz to 81 GHz, has three transmitters and four receivers that operate in a time-division multiplexing mode, and has an on-chip DSP processor that applies the described data processing and outputs point clouds to the workstation. The radar was configured to have a chirp time of 100 us and a chirp slope of 40 MHz/us, to utilize the full 4 GHz available bandwidth and achieve a range resolution of 4 cm. The ADC sampling rate was set to 5 MHz. The CFAR threshold was empirically set to 10 dB in both the range and Doppler direction, which gives a reasonable number of points per frame in our experimental environment.

I want to know how to make the board configuration same as the paper!
