Please check whether you need a material with a conductive area of 10^5 or less, or whether a 10^6 to 12 area is sufficient.

We are not able to provide specific surface resistivity for ESD-safe handling materials. Our recommendation is that the material used should not build up a charge greater than the OPT3001-Q1 ESD ratings (datasheet section 7.2).
