Thanks Arie Gez,
Hello Arie,
Thank you for posting on the sensors forum,
The following fields correspond to the sensors registers. For more information about the function of these fields, please refer to the OPT4060 datasheet:
OPT4060 High-Speed High- Sensitivity RGBW Color Sensor datasheet
Section 8.6 of the datasheet contains descriptions of the functions.
Thank you,
Daniel Balmaceda
Hi Daniel,
thank you.
it is look like the title of each box in the sw. table (that I send to you) is NOT compatible with the datasheet of part OPT460.
so, I am not know how can I related and calculate the right each color value.
you can help with this ?
Regards
Arie,
Hello Arie,
Are there any particular fields that you are having trouble understanding? From the document you sent me, I see that the field names are slightly different from those in the datasheet, but the description for them are the same.
For example, RESULT1_EXP in the document is the same as EXPONENT_CH0 and has the following description:

RESULT1_FRAC_E4 is RESULT_MSB_CH0:

RESULT1_FRAC_E1 is RESULT_LSB_CH0:

FRAME_COUNTER1 is COUNTER_CH0:

CRC1 is CRC_CH0:

Thank you,
Daniel Balmaceda
Hi Daniel,
ok and thanks.
what about the color type vs "RESULT_SENSOR" ?
Is this statment correct:
RESULT_SENSOR1 - means RED, RESULT_SENSOR2 - means GREEN, RESULT_SENSOR3 - means BLUE, RESULT_SENSOR4 - means WHITE
Thanks
Arie,
Hello Arie,
Yes, this statement is correct. RESULT_SENSOR1 corresponds to the CH0 registers and so on. Additionally, this diagram helps show which channels correspond to the different colors.

Thank you,
Daniel Balmaceda
