Tool/software:

I tried connecting HDC2010 EVM with my laptop via a USB port. Windows is showing this message - "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it"

How to deal with this? Is there an issue with the code within the EVM due to which it is malfunctioning and not working?

    Hi Dheeraj,

    This error means that the EVM is damaged in some way, not a firmware issue. Was this error shown the right out of the box, first time you tried to plug it in? Or did it appear after some use?

    I will arrange to send you a new EVM. I'll send you a friend request on E2E, and then in the private chat I can get your shipping information to send you a new EVM promptly. Is this acceptable?
