TMP464: RF coupling?

Part Number: TMP464

Tool/software:

Would like to place the TMP464 remote transistor/diode sensors close to RF Power Amps to monitor the amplifier's temp. PA output power is close to 40W at about 14 GHz.

There is a concern that RF energy will be rectified by the sense transistor creating an error on the temp reading.

Is this a legitimate concern? If so, any recommendations to mitigate this error source?  RF shielding maybe?
