AWR2243: AWR2243

Part Number: AWR2243
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MMWCAS-RF-EVM

Tool/software:

The Matlab Codes(cascade_MIMO_signalProcessing.m) provided with mmstudio is arranging data as 16*12 for 16 Rx and 12 Rx. The arrangement of Rx data is [13 14 15 16 1 2 3 4 9 10 11 12 5 6 7 8]. But what will be the Tx arrangement. Is it [1 2.....12] or [12 11  10...1]. And which Tx of a chip is called 1. Kindly highly in the image.

  • Hi Ayush,

You can refer to the schematic of the MMWCAS-RF-EVM and the datasheet of AWR2243 for this information to understand which chip has which Tx in which position.

With respect to data arrangement and order, it will depend on the chirping sequence which is controlled and defined by the user.

    Regards,

    Kaushik

  • I have used the Cascade_Capture.lua file came with mmwave studio. But i am unable to judge the Tx data format. I am using the existing codes present in matlabexample folder of mmwavestudio. Kindly find the attachment.
