I followed the instructions but I've met another issue.
When I connect to the COM port this pop up appears:
So I went to the "DEBUG" tab, clicked on the button "Update Firmware" and saw that:
Which is the BSL Button (S3) on the demoboard TDC1000-C2000EVM? There is just a button named SW1 but it doesn't work when I push it.
Without the button, I can't upgrade the firmware.
Could you please support us?

Based on these previous threads linked below, we don't support the capability to update the firmware through the TDC1000_C2000EVM GUI. You may be able to still evaluate even with the older firmware based on the threads below.
"Sorry we don't support in the TDC1000_C2000EVM GUI the capability to update firmware. You can update the firmware in two different ways:
a) Using CCS: You can find the TDC1000_C2000EVM Firmware source code with CCS project files under the installation folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\TDC1000_C2000\Firmware
b) Using a flash programming tool like C2Prog. It can be downloaded for free from the following link

Either way, you need the XDS100v2 dongle
