As shown in the figure below, what is the function of a resistor?
Adding this resistor to the output is prone to interference.
Can we remove this resistor and directly connect it to a 1uF capacitor?

I apologize for the delay here. Removing the 75 ohm resistor is ok as long as you add a series R as shown in figure 14 to shift the pole of the circuit since the device can only handle a max capacitive load 50pF. Otherwise you run the risk of having an unstable/oscillating output. Note that the typical output impedance of the device is 0.5 ohms.
