Hello Apple,
You can check the content of any TI device for restricted materials at this link: TI Materials Declaration
According to this tool, the TMP102 is "Green" compliant, which means it is Lead (Pb) free and also free of Bromine (Br) and Antimony (Sb) which are often used in flame retardants in IC molding componds. Part numbers with a "G" suffix (G3, G4, etc.) are Green-compliant.
It also contains none of the JIG-restricted substances, which include:
Level A:
Asbestos, Azo colorants, Cadmium/Cadmium Compounds, Hexavalent Chromium/Hexavalent Chromium Compounds, Lead/Lead Compounds, Mercury/Mercury Compounds, Ozone Depleting Substances, Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs), Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs), Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), Polychlorinated Naphthalenes (>3 CL atoms), Radioactive Substances, Shortchain Chlorinated Paraffins, Tributyl Tin (TBT) and Triphenyl Tin (TPT), and Tributyl Tin Oxide (TBTO).
Level B:
Antimony/Antimony Compounds, Arsenic/Arsenic Compounds, Beryllium/Beryllium Compounds, Bismuth/Bismuth Compounds, Brominated Flame Retardants (other than PBBs or PBDEs), Nickel (external applications only), Certain Phthalates (117-81-7, 84-74-2, 117-82-8), Selenium/Selenium Compounds, and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC).
Based on this information, it is safe to say that the TMP102 does not contain halogens.
