IWR6843ISK-ODS: Evaluation of IWR6843ISK-ODS in mmWave Demo Visualizer without MMWAVEICBOOST

Dear colleagues,

I want to test IWR6843ISK-ODS (Rev C) without MMWAVEICBOOST in mmWave Demo Visualizer or another application which visualizes signal in real time and can change radar configuration.

I follow the steps desribed in

ODS Point Cloud Demo - 68xx (ti.com)

1. Flash the devices in accordance with

Hardware Setup of IWR6843ISK and IWR6843ISK-ODS Antenna Module for Flashing Mode (ti.com)

and

Using UniFlash with mmWave (ti.com)

using

\radar_toolbox_2_20_00_05\tools\Adc_Data_Capture_Tool_DCA1000_CLI\prebuilt_binaries\xwr68xx_mmw_demo.bin

2, Then I set up device in accordance with 

Hardware Setup of IWR6843ISK and IWR6843ISK-ODS Antenna Module for Functional Mode

3. Run mmWave Demo Visualizer. When I press "SEND CONFIG TO MMWAVE DEVICE",

the progress bar in the very bottom of the screen is running in circles and nothing happens.

Could you give me an instruction for standalone launch IWR6843ISK-ODS in mmWave Demo Visualizer or tell what I am doing wrong?
