Tool/software:
Data sheet says that thermal belly pad is required, however it does not state anywhere whether this pad is to be connected to GND or or other net.
The working assumption is that the thermal belly pad is NC and should not be connected to any net.
I don't like assumptions - so please can you confirm what should happen with the thermal pad - connect to ground? another net? leave disconnected?
