Hi,

  I modify the frequency of UART from 150000000 to 200000000. 

I set the "Transfer Mode" to "Polled Mode". The clock of UART  is 150000000

...

I try setting the "Transfer Mode" to "DMA Mode". The clock of UART  is 200000000
