HDC1080: HDC1080 TJ Max data

Hi Daniele,

The max operating temperature of HDC1080 is 125 ˜C. For temp and humidity sensors, we expect ambient temperature to equal junction temperature since the sensors do not consume much current and hence don't generate much self-heating.
