I want to know TMCS1126-Q1 lifetime (available period)

I looked up the data sheet, but I couldn't find an answer

I want to check all the temperature conditions when the temperature conditions are 25℃, 85℃, and 100℃, but it would be better if there is a life graph according to the temperature conditions

When you say lifetime data here, are you referring to lifetime accuracy, or lifetime as in time to fail for the device?

I want to see when the life of the device fails

I think the breakdown time will be different for each temperature, but I want to see a graph or data on this

I heard back from our systems team on this, and unfortunately we do not offer multiple data points across temperature. According to them, the values shown in the insulation specification table of the TMCS1126 datasheet are correct although additional testing is still ongoing in the background as the part completes its planned qualifications. Based on testing as of now, we expect that the TMCS1126 will match performance of the TMCS1123 stated specifications upon completion of all testing.
