TMP121: Part finish/Material content question

Tool/software:

TMP121AIDBVT is one of the older versions of these parts. Still orderable from several distributors (Digikey, Mouser, etc.). Looking at the material content documentation, it seems that the lead material content was either never entered or hidden/removed. It is listed as "-" in that documentation and in the datasheet, that orderable PN (TMP121AIDBVT) is listed as both "Call TI" and "NiPdAu". Hopefully that means it is just NiPdAu...but I wanted to confirm.

I called, and the materials/content people that I tried to reach out to...sent me back here, citing that they could not answer this type of question. So, here I am :). What is the lead material of the TMP121AIDBVT Part Number?

Thank you, that clears up the finish for me. Is there anywhere you could point me to that clears up what the G4 suffix means in the orderable part information? It seems pretty unclear from the datasheet what that G4 means, per instance, it looks like there is no difference between TMP121AIDBVTG4 and TMP121AIDBVT.

Hello John,

Historically G4 means Green and Lead Free. As of today, TI protocol is no only release Green Lead Free products. There is no difference.
