Hi,

I currently measure the temperature of the power element using NTC.

May I know if you can give an example of the difference and advantages of this temperature IC versus NTC?

And what are the advantages of using IC for HIPOT testing?

    Hello Jenny,

    TMP119 provides high accuracy and an integrated solution. TMP119 is a digital temperature sensor that has an integrated ADC. The TMP119 also offers Alert and NIST traceability while being the world's most accurate digital temp sensor in the world, usually a thermistor is going to need calibration. Calibration adds work and costs.
