Hi, I tried to download Sensing Solutions EVM GUI Tool (SNOC028) for FDC2214 EVM several times, but this window shows up making me unable to download the install files.

How can I solve the problem?

Can you check your my.TI account? Are you able to login properly? This could be related to your my.TI, which I have no insight into.

Ok. Thanks for confirming. I recommend putting in a support ticket at the link below. They should be able to help determine why you are getting a denial and get that resolved.

Actually, I already contacted the customer support and they directed me here to write a post in the E2E forum. It's been almost a month since I first reached out and so surprising that it still cannot be resolved!
