MMWAVEPOEEVM: Problem when running ethernet-io-control demo example

Dear Engineer,

My board is MMWAVEPOEEVM, and I am trying to run the example of msp432e401y, ethernet-based_io_control. I connected the port J14 to my laptop, and when I debug it, it gave me this error 

I am a newbie to this field, and I dont know how to fix problem.

Another question is I want to use PoverOverEthernet attribute, however I connect the board to the docker, docker to my laptop(docker ethernet to type c converter), is this correct? or I also need to connect port J14 to my laptop?
