The Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance is 82°C/W for the DGK package.
The Maximum Rated Current for the Pins are located in the datasheet in section 6.1.
Maximum Power Dissipation depends on the quiescent current located in section 6.5. For information on low power design techniques, you can reference this app note: Low-Power Design Techniques for Temperature-Sensing Applications.
