IWRL6432BOOST: Collecting Raw data using IWRL6432BOOST+DCA1000EVM without mmWave Studio

Dear TI experts,

I am trying to collect raw data with IWRL6432BOOST+DCA1000EVM without mmWave Studio.

I am not able to use mmWave studio as the system we need to use is Linux based.

I was trying to follow the documentation on section 3.2.3 on TI_DCA1000EVM_CLI_Software_UserGuide.pdf, but I am not yet able to collect raw data as expected.

After running

  1. ./DCA1000EVM_CLI_Control fpga config.json
  2. ./DCA1000EVM_CLI_Control record config.json
  3. ./DCA1000EVM_CLI_Control start_record config.json

I cannot see the led indicator blinking, and around 30 seconds later it shows no LVDS data.

What are the correct steps to collect IWRL6432BOOST+DCA1000EVM?

Also, how can I send desired radar configuration using the CLI software?

Is there certain SDK/tool versions required for compatibility?

I would greatly appreciate help,
