I have a data sheet from TI that shows this part number, TMP275AIDGKTG4

Is this a valid number as it does not come up on website.

I also have a BURR-BROWN part number TMP275AIDGKR,  Did TI buy burr brown. Is this part number equivalent to the TI part number

    Hello John,

    The G4 is meant to indicate this variant meets Lead Free and other 'Green' requirements. However, all of our parts meet these requirements now, hence the G4 designation was removed. 

    To answer the second part of your question, yes, Burr Brown is now a part of Texas Instruments and the part number, TMP275AIDGKR was carried over.
