Hello Priyesh,
The requirements of the magnetic disk for a fixed sensor such as the DRV5056 depend upon the distance between the magnet and sensor as well as the how much of the linear range you intend to use. To expedite analysis and determine what magnet might work best, I would recommend using our TIMSS tool: https://webench.ti.com/timss/. This will allow you to check different magnet sizes, grades, and distances from sensor with customizable movement ranges.

If you are looking for something else relevant to reliability, could you provide a little more detail?
