I believe this ISO spec is related to chemical loads on the device. I do not see this spec listed in the qualification summary which you can pull at the link below:

Thank you for the clarification. The final application of the subject sensor (BLDC motor) is based on oil cooling. That's the reason of my request.
Is there any Hall sensor serie with same or similar technical specs that can work in such environment?

I assume that the oil is electrically inert, so the main risk here is whether the mold compound would otherwise react with the oil chemically, correct?
Right. Problem could arise from the mold compound. I suppose that the "Q1" version of the subject Hall sensor is more reliable than the standard version that we are normally using, but I haven't any information about this.
I've not found any documentation regarding our mold compound having been tested specifically to this standard. However, it is possible to pull information from ti.com regarding the material composition of the device.

As far as the compound goes, you can see that the materials are primarily carbon black, epoxy, and fused silica. I expect that you would need to determine whether there is risk of the oil in use is at risk of reacting with any of these materials to make a preliminary assessment.
