Hi, I installed FTDI using \ti\mmwave_studio_04_01_00_06\ftdi\dpinst64.exe.
However, I can only see the two ports below, and the top four ports are not visible.
I am using the IWRL6432AOP and DCA1000EVM.

Does the D10 LED on the IWRL6432AOP turn on when the top four ports are connected?
Also, is it possible to perform data capture even if the four COM ports are not visible?

Do all the connection statuses on the mmWave Studio GUI need to show "Connected" in order to perform data capture?
Or, for data capture, which specific parts or connections are required to be successfully established?

Hello,

The four DevPack COM ports should show up when the DCA1000 is connected to the computer and has power, independently of whether or not a mmWave sensor is connected. Are the switches correct as shown in pictures of the mmWaveStudio User Guide for 6432? As well as are there LEDs appearing? Is the power supply 5V 3A?

Thank you for your response.
It is extremely helpful.
All the switches are set correctly, and all the LEDs on the 6432 board are on.
The power supply is 5V 3A.
However, the DATA_TRAN_PRG LED on the DAC board is off.

Could you potentially try a different cable or a different computer? From a hardware perspective the LEDs should be on and thus be ready for the next step involving connection
