I am trying to implement the external frequency calibration into my calibration script ( as per OPT3101 Distance Sensor System Calibration (sbau310)).
Custom Hardware.
Opt runs fine without ext freq calib, trying for more precision.
Trimmed frequency works as expected, however setting EN_AUTO_FREQ_COUNT =1 tanks my measured phase (_H = 5, _L = 7) and the calibration is void.
My ext clock runs at 32789 +- 0.140 Hz
REF_COUNT_LIMIT=19518
SYS_CLK_DIVIDER=10
On another note, what order is required for setting the various frequency calibration register? Is there a required timing to set START_FREQ_CALIB = 0, or should i leave this high?
