TMCS1126-Q1: Input Voltage Range at IN+ and IN- Pins

Part Number: TMCS1126-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMCS1100-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

What is the input voltage range allowable for the IN+ and IN- pins of TMCS1126-Q1? We haven't seen this in the datasheet.

I see that this parameter is available for other sensors such as the TMCS1100-Q1, specified at +/-600V.

Kind Regards,

Jejomar

  • Hello Jejomar,

Thanks for the question and using the E2E forum.
We are out of the office due to the U.S. holiday but will respond to your question when we return to the office Tuesday, 5/27.

    Regards,

  • Jejomar,

The voltage you are referring to on the TMCS1100-Q1 is the working voltage of the device, listed in the specificaiton table of the datasheet:

This information is also present for the TMCS1126-Q1, but is broken into 2 categories, dependent on whether you are designing for basic or reinforced isolation in your design. The working voltage for reinforced isolation has been upgraded to +/- 849Vdc:
