Hi,

I'm currently integrating and testing the HDC3021 to replace an existing qualified temp/hum sensor (going obsolete) on a mid production design. Going through some of the TI forum messages relating to RH accuracy I found the query below (HDC3021: measured RH is far away from the standard device measured).

I've inspected the devices that are fitted to our boards by our supplier and they are marked as per the image below suggesting they are the PHDC3021 devices. Can you confirm if these are prototype or production standard devices? If they are prototype can you outline any differences in peformance particualry related to RH accuracy that I can expect to experience with these devices?

    HI Chris,

    Actually all HDC3021s will have the P in the corner, it does not indicate the device is a prototype. Released PHDC3021s should not have any RH performance differences just in case you do have a prototype, but you most likely have production standard HDC3021s.
