TMP1075: Pin Capacitance

Reading the datasheet for the TMP1075, I could see that the input pin capacitance is 5pF typical. Could you advise what the maximum capacitance would be?

Hello Adrian,

The typical spec is a good indication of the input capacitance. We do not currently spec the max input capacitance TMP1075. Is there a specific voltage and temperature you are wanting to look for max capacitance?

We are running the TMP1075 at 3.3V. Ambient temperature would be 65C. Hope that helps!

I have spoke to our designers. You can approximate 10pF for max input capacitance.
