Hello Meghna,

Overall the schematic looks good. I would recommend to replace the resistors on the A0,A1,and A2 pin with 0 Ohms.

Hello Meghna,

A direct connection to GND or VDD will be recognized by the device more easily when there is no resistance added to the address pins.
