AWR2E44PEVM: mmWave Demo Visualizer not working as documented for AWR2E44EVM with DCA1000EVM

Hello,
Trying to get the mmWave Demo Visualizer working for AWR2E44EVM connected with DCA1000EVM.

I'm able to get the CFG port, and Data Port successfully configured., and see that the host machine connects to the target via the cloud agent. Further, the bootloader runs, but doesn't find a binary application to load/run.

What steps am I missing here?
Could you provide instructions or point to an application note to get a basic binary application running on the above mentioned board combination?

    You can refer to section 3.4.2. mmWave Demo Visualizer - AWR294X and AWR2x44P of "C:\ti\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_07_01_04\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_07_01_04\docs\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_user_guide.pdf" to run the SDK demo using mmWave Demo Visualizer.
