HDC3022-Q1: Vapour phase soldering for HDC3022

I would stick with reflow soldering. TI's humidity sensors are factory calibrated to have optimal RH accuracy with a standard JEDEC reflow soldering profile. If that soldering profile changes, either in temp or duration, that could affect the RH accuracy of the sensors. I am also concerned about the vapors themselves, we have not studied the possible impact that could pose the RH sensors or if any residue is left behind by the process. I would stick with reflow soldering to be safe and eliminate unnecessary risks.
