Hello TI Support Team,

Hope you are doing well

The customer purchased part#IWR6843ISK and informed they have some problems with the board.

They have tried to fix the problem many times by refering to the same issue from TI's E2E forum but they cannot resolve it.

As per the customer, they can see from the post saying that it appears hardware issue.

I will forward the customer's file showng how they tried to resolve issue by the customer.

Please refer to the attached file and advise if the part is defective. Please advise on the disposition of the board as well. Thank you.

Hi Dan,

Could you please ask the customer what software they are using to flash the radar? We recomend using TI's Uniflash.

2) RS-232 Cable with communication capability
3) IWR6843ISK board
Used Installing softwares
1) mmwave_sdk_03_06_02_00-LTS-windows-x86-install.exe
2) uniflash_sl.9.3.0.5401.exe
3) mmwave_studio_02_01_01_00_win32.exe
4) MATLAB ver 2025a

Dan,

Could you please elaborate on what COM port was connected to? Please also state whether or not the nRESET was applied after setting the device into flashing mode, but before attempting to flash the device.
