Hi,

How many microseconds should I allow before the end of chirp transmission to end ADC sampling?
I want to ADC only the signal during the chirp transmission period.

If I only want to obtain ADC data during the chirp transmission period, how much margin time of ADC end time do I need?
I think ADC sampling has a time error, so ADC end time may be late.

Hello,

For IWR6843 chirp configuration, you can use the rampTimingCalculator (a tab inside mmwave studio 2.1.1.0) to see the recommended settings for Idle Time, ADC Start Time and Ramp End Time.

This tool is inflexible to set parameter.
I want to calculate a logically safe ADC end time.
