We have been trying to make TI sensor to work. We not getting any support. Request someone to expedite or connect through online

Windows suggestion didn’t help. We could not able to connect to sensors. We followed below for reference PCB design.

How can we flush the driver installation?

Hi,

I also responded to the other ticket. We could not able to connect. We are dispointed with kind of support we receiving from TI. Is there any possibility to schedule a call sometime this week to understand b better about issue and expedite resolution.

We tried with exe you have shared, still we not able to see sensors on any of the COM ports
