CUSTOMER REPORTED THE PRODUCT HAD OXIDIZED AND EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER AS
BELOW. PEASE KINDLY CHECK AND ADVISE IF ITS COSMETIC ISSUE AND NOT AFFECT
      FUNCTION? THANKS

Regarding the products purchased from your company recently, nearly all
units have oxidized, and we have received reports of solder wetting
      defects during assembly
.There are also about 10 components that have not
been assembled.Would it be possible for you to replace all of these
units? If that is too difficult, a refund would also be acceptable. The
components are too small to detect oxidation until after assembly, and we
anticipate incurring rework costs and expenses for new bare boards moving
      forward.

Regarding the products I recently purchased from your company, I've received a call stating that almost all of them have oxidized and are defective after soldering.

There are about 10 components that haven't been mounted, so would you be willing to replace them all?

If that's too difficult, I'd be happy to offer a refund.

Because the components are so small, I only noticed the oxidation after mounting, but I expect to incur costs for remounting and the cost of the bare board.
