Hi,

 

Below is a section extracted from page 4 of LMT84 datasheet. (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lmt84.pdf)

 

On point 5, it says the input current is only 0.001uA.  Is that true ?  What is the “1uA limit” mentioned ?

On the product page, it states that Iq is 5.4uA typ. What is the difference between the input current and Iq on this part ?
