We plan to use LM94023 and I notice in the datasheet that there is some limitation concerning the capacitive load. If I understood, no series resistor is need if capacitive load is less than 1100pF. But a minimum series resistor must be placed if the capacitive load is higher, I suppose to limit the output current of the sensor...
But in that case I was expecting that the minimum recommended Rs would increase with capacitive load (since Rs max is 0 ohms for C<1100pF). But in the table it seems that the Rs minimum decrease from 3 kohms to 800ohms, while the Cload increase ? Is it a stability problem ?
