About tiag, tDRDYB, ODR of LDC1000

About a characteristic of LDC1000, please let me know two points. (6 pages of data sheet)

・The tIAG(Inter-Access Gao) and tDRDYB(Data ready pluse width),

there is no timing chart in a datasheet of LDC1000.

What timing is it mean?

・What kind of situation does "every 1/ODR"?

(written in Condition of tDRDYB)

Apologies for the delayed answer!

Tiag means delay time that you have to wait before accessing CSB for the next transaction

Tdrdy time is the pulse width on INTB pin. It happens with the frequency of Output Data Rate, and its length is 1/fsensor (LC tank oscillation frequency)
