Hi,

   Just received my LDC1051 EVM, I have watched the intro vides and gone through the FAQs in the Forum. I have two questions before I can plunge into the world of TI devices:

1. What is the difference between LDC 1051 and LDC 1000?

2. I see that the software is in ".exe" form, which cannot be installed on a Macbook. Will I be able to set things up on the Macbook and work with the EVM?

Please advise.
