LM335 filtered feed through connector effecting output

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM335

We are using the LM335 on solar panels with the sensors tied to the sensing circuit via filtered feed-thru connectors (8.5 to 11.5 nF). The solar panel power outputs are are also tied to our system via the same filtered feed thru connector. When the panel outputs are powered the “sensed temperature” drops 10-20 deg C. Is this to be expected? Is there an issue with the filtered feed thru connection to our sensing circuit( + side of LM335 tied to +5V via 1 k resistor which is also tied to the + input of an opamp/ the return side of the LM335 is tied to gnd and to the negative input of the op amp)
