TMP411 / thermal resistance(θjc)

My cusotmer considers to use TMP411ADGK.
Could you tell me the value of θjc ?

Hi Yaita,

We don’t have θjc, but θja is given as 150⁰C/W.

To get the exact number for θjc, we will need to run thermal modeling which may take up to 10 days from the time request is put in.

Can you tell me why the customer wants θjc? I would think θja is more useful unless some sort of heat sink is planned for the part.
