Please let me know about 2 point below of LMT84~LMT87's DCK package.
①Why these devices difference pin out?
For example, LMT86's 1-pin is GND, but LMT87 is VDD.
（I think thar If these device are pin compatible, customer more easy to use）
②About LMT85~LMT87, why VDD have multi pin?
I think that multi-VDD pin need high current(loss) device, but LMTxx is low power.
And, when VDD supply connect only 1-pin, is it no problem?
（Other VDD pin is open or connect capasitor）
